  • Ivy Tile is a trading name of Marjan Tile Limited, a company registered in England (Company number 11731836) specialised in the sale and distribution of porcelain tiles and associated products. Our trading address is 307A Finchley Road, London, NW3 6EH.
  • The company’s catalogs, price list, and other advertising matters shall not form any part of any contract between the buyer and the company. Any price quotation by the company or its agents or employees shall be deemed to be for the purpose of information only and shall not constitute an offer to sell.
  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the issue date.
  • The company must be notified by e-mail or letter posted within 48 hours of delivery of any claims by the buyer of any shortage or damage to goods delivered. Any risk in respect of the goods passes to the buyer from the moment of delivery.
  • Shading is an inherent quality characteristic of ceramic and porcelain tiles and products. The buyer should order the correct quantity for its requirements as the company cannot guarantee against crazing or shade variation.
  • As the quantity of tiles is nominal, the buyer is responsible for ensuring a sufficient quantity of tiles is ordered to cover the required area. We recommend buyers at least add 10% to cover waste and cuts.
  • Canceled orders will incur collection and transport charges. We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible and subject to stock availability.
  • Orders accepted, and delivery timing is conditional upon our being able to secure necessary material, and without responsibility for delays arising through risks and uncertainties of the Force Majeure situation.
  • All invoices will be dated the day goods are dispatched from our warehouse or our supplier’s factory.
  • In case of the invoice is not paid by the due date, the buyer should pay interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate. Interest shall be payable from the due date until the payment is made.
  • Please check your tiles carefully before installation. If you are not happy with the delivered tiles for any reason, we cannot accept responsibility after the tiles have been installed. Installation of tiles means it has been accepted in its present state, and no refunds or replacements will be offered.
  • The supply of goods does not mean that they are suitable for a specific installation. We can only be held responsible for any failure on products supplied by us, to the extent that the manufacturer of such products is prepared to guarantee the same.
  • Prices are subject to alteration without notice.
  • The company cannot, under any circumstances, compensate any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery. As a company, we always recommend that you never book a tiler until you have the tiles delivered.
  • Tiles will be shrink-wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the curbside of your property. The driver will not assist in getting the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes. Orders under 20kg weight will be delivered with a parcel courier.
  • We expect returned products in a re-saleable condition. Therefore we recommend that you put them back on the pallet they were delivered on and securely fastened the products, so they cannot move around. It is always helpful if damage may be caused in transit to take a couple of photographs before they are wrapped and when they are wrapped before they are collected. We can only accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
  • Our price match guarantee means if you find the same product at a better price elsewhere, we will match the price. Our price match guarantee does NOT apply to any non-UK Site. Also, a price match can only be applied if the competitor has the item in stock.
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company on a need-to-know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
